We operate in the diameter range 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm for guidewires and 0.8 mm to 65 mm for other work.
For plastics the tolerance can be +/-0.0025 mm on diameter and 0.0025 mm roundness. Tolerances are influenced by the length, weight and diameter of the pieces some plastics.
For hard ceramics - eg silicon nitride - diameter tolerance of
+/-0.002 mm and roundness of +/-0.002 mm can be achieved.
For metals the tolerance depends on the length of the feedstock.
Inspection Reports on production samples can be supplied
